PRODUCTION AND LEAD TIMES
Made-to-Order Products Most pieces available at www.jovicreative.design are made to order unless otherwise stated. Each piece is handcrafted with care to ensure the highest quality.
Total Lead Time
- Creation & delivery times are shown on each product page
- Custom and commissioned pieces: Lead time will be confirmed at time of order
Order Processing Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin production. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

United Arab Emirates
- Dubai: FREE shipping on all orders
- UAE (outside Dubai): FREE shipping on orders over 500 AED / 30 AED for orders under 500 AED
Gulf Countries — Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman
- Minimum shipping rate: 130 AED
- Final shipping rate calculated at checkout based on order weight
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Europe
- Minimum shipping rate: 140 AED
- Final shipping rate calculated at checkout based on order weight
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number, carrier information, estimated delivery date, and a link to track your shipment.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International Orders — DAP (Delivered At Place) All international shipments are made on DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. These charges are levied by your country's customs authority and must be paid upon delivery.
We recommend checking your country's import duty rates before placing an order. JOVI Creative is not responsible for any customs charges, delays, or refused deliveries resulting from unpaid duties.
Customs & Import Duties
All JOVI Creative shipments are sent on DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
