TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to JOVI Creative (www.jovicreative.design). By placing an order through our online shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. ORDERS

Order Confirmation Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. The order is not binding until it is approved by JOVI Creative. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation with an estimated delivery time by email.

Order Fulfillment If, for any reason, JOVI Creative is unable to fulfill your order, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity. If JOVI Creative has already received payment for such an order, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same method used to make the payment. If alternative arrangements are necessary, you will be contacted to settle the refund.

Made-to-Order Products All pieces available for purchase at www.jovicreative.design are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please note that preparation and delivery time is shown on each product page. 

Bulk Orders If you are interested in receiving a quote for delivery of more than 1 (one) unit, including estimated delivery time and costs, please contact info@jovicreative.design.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Accepted Payment Methods JOVI Creative accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards
  • Shop Pay
  • Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

Currency and Pricing All prices are indicated in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Taxes and VAT

  • UAE Customers JOVI Creative is not currently VAT registered. No UAE VAT is charged on your purchase at this time.
  • Gulf Countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) Applicable local taxes and customs fees may apply based on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • International Orders (Europe, UK, USA and other countries) All international shipments are made on DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes applicable in your country are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. JOVI Creative does not collect or remit taxes on behalf of international customers.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees Delivery charges, local customs fees, taxes, and duties are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated. JOVI Creative is not responsible for these charges or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance, which might delay delivery. It is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges and to obtain any refund of UAE VAT from the UAE authorities.

3. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Shipping Coverage JOVI Creative offers worldwide shipping to UAE, Gulf Countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), Europe, and other international destinations.

Shipping Delays JOVI Creative is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events beyond our control.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our separate [Refund Policy] for complete details on returns, refunds, defects, and complaints.

Summary:

  • 14-day return window from receipt
  • Items must be undamaged, unused, and clean
  • Custom and commissioned pieces cannot be returned
  • Contact info@jovicreative.design before returning any item

5. PRODUCT CARE AND USE

Dusting Regularly dust your pieces using a soft brush or microfiber cloth to prevent dust buildup.

Gentle Cleaning If necessary, use a damp cloth or soft sponge with warm water and a few drops of mild soap or dish detergent. Make sure the soap is gentle and suitable for delicate items.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals Steer clear of bleach, ammonia, or other harsh chemicals, as these can degrade the material and damage the finish.

Temperature Tolerance Our art pieces can withstand temperatures up to 80-110°C (176-230°F). Avoid exposing pieces to temperatures exceeding this range to prevent warping or damage.

Handle with Care Our mosaic pieces are handcrafted and delicate. Handle with care during cleaning or repositioning.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Copyright and Design Rights All designs, images, photographs, and content on www.jovicreative.design are the intellectual property of JOVI Creative and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Product Designs All JOVI Creative mosaic designs, including sculptural wall art, lighting, and mirrors, are original works. Unauthorized reproduction or copying of our designs is strictly prohibited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Product Use JOVI Creative products are intended for decorative purposes. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper installation, use, or care of our products.

Maximum Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOVI Creative's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Exclusions JOVI Creative is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Customs fees, duties, or import taxes
  • Damage caused by improper care, installation, or use

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
